Returns

Your item will be shipped through USPS First Class mail and should arrive within 10 business days. If you have any questions or concerns please email us at support@teerocks.com.

Our apparel is proudly printed in the US. We use quality soft cotton material and our prints will not fade after washing. If you notice any fading within 30 days we will gladly replace the item. Our quality guarantee also covers defective material and workmanship.

All jewelry purchases are covered by our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy in any way with your jewelry purchase within 30 days please send it back for a full refund.

A sale is not complete until you are satisfied.

Exchanges and Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with this product, we accept returns and exchanges of unworn, unwashed, unsoiled items. Items must be returned within 10 days from the date the order was delivered.

For all exchanges and returns please email us first at: support@teerocks.com and let us know the reason for your exchange or return.

Want to Exchange?

Within 10 days of receiving your item, place the unworn, unwashed, unsoiled item in a box or envelope with a copy of the packing slip and a note letting us know what you want to exchange.

You are responsible for exchange shipping charges. Indicate the color, size, shirt style and design of your desired replacement item.

As soon as we receive the exchange item and have inspected it and deem the exchange item is in good shape, we will send out a replacement.  We will pay for the shipping back to you.

Want to Return an Item?

First email us!

Within 10 days of receiving your item you may return it. You are responsible for return shipping charges. Returns are refunded once the unworn, unwashed, unsoiled item is received, inspected and deemed in good condition.

Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and notify you via email on the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or Paypal. You will receive credit back to your account within three business days, depending on your card issuer's policies. Note - shipping charges are not refundable.

We are not responsible for returns lost, damaged, or for stolen packages or delays in package arrival by The US Postal Service or other delivery services.
