TeeROCKS custom apparel partners with global merchants and jewelry artisans in order to provide you with an unique global shopping experience and the best prices.

This means if you ordered jewelry or artwork it may be shipped from global areas such as Thailand, Turkey, China, India, etc. Unfortunately our global suppliers do not always provide tracking numbers, but we can provide a copy of the shipping label when needed and do offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee.

Because we ship directly from our partners in these countries, your item may take 3-5 weeks to arrive for jewelry and artwork. Apparel is printed and shipped from the US.

Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it's on its way :)

How are your shirts printed?

We use DTG printing. Direct to Garment (DTG) is a method where a printer directly applies the ink onto the t-shirt with inkjet technology. It involves a special printer, which prints the ink directly onto the garment in the desired design. DTG uses specialty inks, which are absorbed by the fibers of the garment.

I just ordered a shirt. When will it arrive?

Our custom shirts are all custom made on demand, meaning that the shirt doesn't exist until an order is placed for it. Orders placed Monday - Thursday go to our printer for fulfillment the following morning, orders placed on Friday - Sunday go to fulfillment on the following Monday morning. All items usually get printed and shipped in 4-6 business days after you order.

We ship by USPS First Class with tracking, once the order is shipped we will send a confirmation email with the tracking number. USPS generally takes 3 to 4 days to land it on your doorstep (United States), or two to three weeks (everywhere else). If you're still not sure, email us at support@teerocks.com. We're happy to clear things up.

I ordered 2 items, why did I only receive one ? 

Since we are not like any of the other companies around, hence "TeeROCKS", when you order multiple items at a time they will be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they will get to you! 

What does Being Processed mean? 

We have received your order and are printing/quality checking and are preparing your order for shipment. If your order has been processing for more than six business days, then at this time the shirt color and/or size is out of stock and we are awaiting the arrival of more. 

I placed an order but I didn't receive a confirmation email...what's going on?

Kindly check your SPAM folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there. 

Oh no, I messed up my shipping address and/or shirt size! Can I change it? 

If this happens to you, just email us as soon as you can and we MIGHT be able care of it. However, we can't make any promises. All of our shirts are printed on demand so we usually start immediately after you order and after 24 hours it's difficult to change anything. If your order has already been shipped, take heart. We'll still try to make it right. We know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you can't use.

How long does it take once my order ships?

US Shipping Time Estimates

Shirts: 3-7 Days
Other Products: 20-30 Days

I don't have a tracking number, when will I get it?

You will get a tracking number once your order has shipped and you will get an email when your order ships! 

But wait, my tracking number doesn't work...are you guys a scam.

No we are not a scam. If your order has just shipped, please allow some time for the status of the shipment to correctly display on the USPS tracking site. Thank you for ordering from TeeROCKS!

Oh No! My USPS tracking says my order was delivered but I didn't get it.

If this happens the first thing to do is contact your local Post Office. Have your tracking number handy, they will be able to confirm the house number and street address of the delivery, and if the postal carrier left it in a certain location.

We are not responsible for shipped items lost, damaged or for stolen packages once the order has been confirmed delivered by the United States Postal Service.

What’s your refund/exchange policy? 

If there’s something wrong with your order ( wrong shirt, defective product, etc.), return it to us unworn and unwashed within 10 days of delivery and we’ll be happy to issue a refund or replacement.

Some shirts are pre-treated prior to printing. Don’t worry, it will disappear the first time you wash the shirt.
